Terms and Conditions for E-Invoice System Subscription

1. Introduction

Welcome to ezdan Information Technology Company. By subscribing to our electronic invoicing system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to the handling, processing, and retention of your data.

2. Services Provided

ezdan provides a comprehensive electronic invoicing system that enables businesses to create, manage, and securely store invoices. The service may include features such as invoice issuance, digital archiving, data export, and access to historical records during the active subscription period.

3. Trial Accounts Disclaimer

Trial accounts are provided for evaluation purposes only. They are not considered official or approved for production use. These accounts are limited in functionality and may exclude core features such as the QR code. ezdan reserves the right to suspend or revoke trial access at any time without prior notice.

4. Data Retention Policy

Customer data will be retained for a period of one (1) month following the expiration or cancellation of the subscription. After this period, all data—including invoice records—will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. It is the customer's sole responsibility to back up and export their data before this period ends. ezdan is not liable for any loss of data after the retention period.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information, use the system in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from any activity that may harm or disrupt the integrity of the service.

6. Data Security

ezdan is committed to safeguarding customer data and implements industry-standard security measures. However, no system can be guaranteed as fully secure. You acknowledge this risk and use the service at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

ezdan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the e-invoice system, or from the deletion of data after the retention period. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ezdan reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
